Can I use a regular iron with JetWear Dark™ and JetWear Hot™?

What is the finish of your products?
Our JetWear Hot™ and JetWear Dark™ have a matte finish. We also carry other inkjet and laser papers with a wide variety of finishes.
Do you sell any products with a glossy finish?
Yes! We offer two products with a glossy finish; our JetWear Dark High Gloss™ and JetWear Soft Gloss™. For more information on the best finish for your project, please contact our customer service department at info@cmwi.com.
Do I need to trim my transfer?
Yes, any area which is not printed on will appear white. Generally on white colored fabrics, you will not notice the “background”; however if you are transferring to a dark garment you may want to trim the transfer for a more professional result.
Will you ship to overseas buyers/shoppers?
We generally only ship to North America (United States, Canada, Mexico) because the overseas shipping charges are cost-prohibitive for our customers; however exceptions may be made for larger volume orders or by special request. Please contact our customer service department at info@cmwi.com.
Do your heat transfers have a shelf life?
Yes. All heat transfer products will perform as designed, generally, for at least two years from date of purchase. Follow the storage directions as indicated on the instruction sheet for your paper. Are your heat transfer products washable?
All our heat transfer products have endured rigorous durability testing. Our products significantly exceed industry standards for wash ability and performance. The average is 50 washes. Closely following the washing instructions will ensure a lasting, colorful image for years to come.
Can I iron the garment after making the heat transfer?
Yes. However, do not iron directly over the transferred area without placing a pillowcase or other protective covering over the area with the heat transfer. Do not use high heat. Always review our instruction sheets for detailed instructions; they are available for download at: http://www.cmwi.com
What types of fabrics work best with your heat transfer products?
100% cotton or any cotton/poly blend is recommended for most heat transfer products. Contact our customer service department at info@cmwi.com for more heat transfer solutions or advice on the proper paper for the fabric that you are working with.
Do you offer a warranty or guarantee?
Absolutely! Our 5-Star 5-Sheet Guarantee policy states that you may use up to 5 sheets from your order to determine if you are satisfied with our paper. In the unlikely event that you are unsatisfied, you may return the unused paper for a full refund. Please see our return policy below for details.
What is your return policy?
If you are unsatisfied with our papers after testing, you may return the unused paper for a credit in accordance with our 5-Star 5-Sheet Guarantee (see above). We require the following in order to process your return and issue your refund:
A pre-approved Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Please contact us at info@cmwi.com for an RMA. Please provide a brief explanation of why you wish to return the paper.
Along with your unused paper, we require a sample of the failed transfer for internal testing purposes. (Examples: ruined t-shirt, transfer sheet with bad color out of printer).
After processing your return, we will issue you a refund via PayPal equal to the total amount of your original order (cost of goods plus shipping). The cost of shipping to return the paper would be your responsibility.
When and how do you ship the product?
